Yanan Wang is a Features reporting intern at the Washington Post. This summer, she has written about a singing IHOP waitress, body positivity and shaming on social media, and the displacement of Chinese residents from D.C. Chinatown. She previously interned on the Metro desk of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, where she reported on undocumented immigrants and prescription painkiller abuse.
